Item Condition: Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging. All tags and packaging must be intact and undamaged.

Package Return: Return the item along with the return authorization, ensuring you use a trackable shipping method and retain the shipping receipt.

Shipping Costs: If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged goods), we will cover the return shipping costs. For other reasons, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
